Best Cabin Crew/ Airport Training & Placement Academy in Asia
Founded by Hilary Miranda and Chong Siew Fong in 2011. Inter Excel Tourism Academy (IETA) took over all training programs and short courses that had been initiated since 1995. Their vision was to provide potential aviation personnel and cabin crew the opportunity to experience a life-changing experience to enhance their chances of success. Building their footprint and pioneering the field since 1995, Inter Excel has grown from humble beginnings to become the most sought-after expert in aviation training and crew placement. Today, it continues to be the market leader in Asia. Our academy is the longest-established cabin crew preparatory academy in Asia. We have trained thousands of students who are now flying for leading international airlines.
Inter- Excel Group (IEG) established itself as a Flight Attendant Preparatory Training centre in 1993. With the launch of its trademark Flight Attendant Preparatory Course (FAPC), it quickly developed into a regional pioneer in the Asia Pacific region. We are the #1 pioneer cabin crew school to this day.
Since its inception, IEG has trained and produced thousands of world class cabin crew as well as airport personnel for the world’s leading airlines and airport operators. We have embarked on producing young professionals to excel in the service-oriented industry.
Some key milestones include:
1993
Established as a humble language centre, Excel Language Services.
1995
Launched Malaysia’s first Flight Attendant Preparatory Course (FAPC).
2000
Launched the first Airline Cabin Crew Placement Centre. Appointed by Qatar Airways (QR) as their authorized regional HR recruiter covering Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and China.
2001
Formed Inter-Excel Advisory Sdn. Bhd. (IEA), mainly for aviation consultancy services and manpower solutions. Recognised as
the region’s No 1 Airline Training & Placement Centre in the Asia Pacific region.
2004
Appointed by Etihad Airways Recruited hundreds of cabin crew and aviation personnel in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan, and Lebanon.
2005
The first & only Asian aviation recruiters to operate in Europe for Etihad Airways, Oman Air and Royal Jordanian Airlines in Romania and Bulgaria. Other notable airline clients are: Gulf Air, Sama Air, and Sudan Airways.
2008 2011
Coordinated Royal Brunei interviews in Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Myanmar, and Thailand.
2010
IEA registered with the Ministry of Human Resources (HRDF) as a Class A training provider and with Skills Development Malaysia.
2011
Established a training & recruitment academy exclusively known as Inter Excel Tourism Academy (IETA). IETA is duly registered under Ministry of Tourism Malaysia and Skills Development of Malaysia.
2013 Present

2014 2018
Conducted several interviews fo Jetstar Asia, Tiger Air, and Scoot Air On top, IETA has hosted a number of inhouse cabin crew interviews for Singapore Airlines, Jetstar Asia, Scoot, Tiger Air, Mega Maldives, and Malaysia Airlines.
2013 2014
Coordinated cabin crew interviews for Air Asia in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Myanmar in addition to Malaysia.
2013 2016
Coordinated Saudi Arabian Airlines interview processes in Malaysia, South Korea, and Sri Lanka.
2014 2019
Proud to represent the World-renowned Singapore Airlines in coordinating their interviews in KL and Penang, in addition to our centres.
2016
IETA launched job-oriented licensed programmes and Diploma with our Irish counterpart, International Academy of Travel (IAOT) Ireland which is recognized by many international airlines globally.
2019 Present
Currently representing Oman Air in Asia and Europe. In 2019, we successfully staged cabin crew interviews in Warsaw, Poland, in addition to Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta.
2020 Present
Inter Excel now operates in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Johor Bahru, and establishes industrial partners and footholds in Asia and Europe.
