- Develop, structure, and revise curriculum content.
- Align materials with industry and airline requirements.
- Collaborate with trainers to create engaging lesson plans.
- Prepare digital and print learning resources.
Requirements:
- Preferably ex-cabin crew or aviation educator.
- Diploma/Degree in Education, Aviation, or Instructional Design.
- Strong written English and content development skills.
- Familiar with curriculum standards and adult learning principles.
